When to Go

You can travel to Morocco all year round, as each season offers a unique travel experience.
The key is to match the season with the right region of Morocco.
However, spring and autumn are arguably the best times to visit.
From October to February is the ideal season to explore the desert.

Your Documents

To enter Morocco, certain entry requirements must be considered:

  • A valid passport with at least 3 months of validity from the date of entry into Morocco is
    required and must be presented at the airport.
  • For French citizens, a national ID card is not sufficient to travel to Morocco.
  • It is important to check your passport’s expiration date well in advance of your departure, in
    case it needs to be renewed.

Currency

  • The local currency is the dirham. 10 dirhams is approximately equal to 1€
  • There are many currency exchange offices, and we will be happy to accompany you there
